At HOKI POKI STUDIO, each piece is a unique work of art, handcrafted with love and dedication. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to address the following situations:

• Product defects or damages: If your item is defective, damaged, or has a structural issue, please contact us immediately.

• Order mistakes: If you receive a different design or size from what you ordered, we will ensure the issue is corrected.

We kindly ask you to carefully review the descriptions, measurements, and details of each product before making your purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@hokipokistudio.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
